Super Motors EV Launches Electric Mobility Journey in Jammu

Super Motors EV Private Limited, a Jammu & Kashmir-based Indian electric mobility startup, officially launched its electric mobility journey on September 21, 2026, from Jammu. This initiative marks the company’s entry into the rapidly growing electric two-wheeler segment while aiming to boost local employment.

Super Motors EV seeks to create numerous opportunities for local youth and entrepreneurs through its activities in sales, service, and distribution. By focusing on Jammu & Kashmir, the startup aims to incorporate local professionals into the clean mobility sector.

At the launch event, the company unveiled the Early Buyer and Partner Participation Programme. This programme includes the Founders Club initiative, which offers exclusive privileges to the first 500 eligible buyers. These incentives include an optional vehicle buyback programme after five years, contingent upon certain ownership criteria.

Additionally, Super Motors introduced its First-Buyer PIN Code Allocation plan. This initiative allows early customers to reserve a dedicated PIN code under the Super Motors First Buyer Quota, enhancing their connection with the new electric vehicle.

The company also revealed the SMEVC, a digital community utility token built on the BNB Smart Chain. This initiative aims to foster customer loyalty and active participation from riders and network partners, reflecting the company’s innovative approach to community engagement.

The Partner Participation Programme (PSOP) will empower local entrepreneurs and service professionals, offering technical training and commercial partnerships. This approach underscores Super Motors EV’s commitment to enhancing local technical skills and economic opportunities.

During the event, Managing Director Sushant Bakshi articulated the company’s vision, stating, “Our journey begins in Jammu & Kashmir because we want the growth of Super Motors to mean more than just another vehicle brand. We want to create an ecosystem in which local youth can acquire technical skills, build careers and participate in the emerging clean mobility sector.”

Madhu Sudan, Director of the company, emphasized their innovative community participation initiatives, asserting, “Through SMEVC and our partner programmes, we are exploring ways to bring riders, service providers and the Super Motors community closer together.”

To further celebrate the launch, renowned actor and TV star Amit Rampal conducted a public demonstration of the newly unveiled electric scooter, attracting significant local interest. Ms. Shweta Bakshi conducted the launch program and proposed the vote of thanks at the event’s conclusion.
